Just when you thought your Monday couldn't get any more exciting...

• A new Tour Plan procedure for units will become effective on May 1
• If you're submitting a Tour Plan for an upcoming trip/activity, please do so by April 27 or you'll have to submit it again - from scratch - using the new form

On May 1, the "Tour Plan" becomes the "Tour and Activity Plan". There will be a new paper form you can use, but we will prefer if you submit future forms electronically through MyScouting (this ability is not activated yet). That way, the council staff can quickly review your plan and then send an email back to you pointing out any safety/planning concerns.

More to come on the new Tour and Activity Plan. But for now, save yourself a little extra work and get any outstanding Tour Plans in by April 27

Announcing the Bee Cave District B.A.M. (Belt Loops, Activity Badges, and Merit Badges) Event. 

The B.A.M. Event will be a great chance for Cub Scouts, Webelos, and Boy Scouts to come together and enjoy some fun activities in an environment of learning.  The events will take place once a month on a Saturday morning in June, July, and August.  And this will be a great event to invite a friend to find out more about Scouting.
