Bee Cave District Path To Eagle

Bruce,Perhaps the sequence in the upper right should be adjusted. References and Goals are part of the application, not the project. Shouldn't the project be complete and documented (as well as all other requirements) before the SM Conference? Not all projects lead immediately to completion of Eagle.

Good catch! I agree. The References and Goals boxes in the upper right, page two, of the flow chart need to be relocated. The Goals is Requirement #6 on the Eagle Application and is just one of the prerequisites for the Scoutmaster Conference. The Letters of Recommendation from the References is a prerequisite of the Eagle Board of Review.
I also agree that all rank requirements should culminate in the Scoutmaster Conference.
I will update the Flow Chart ( www.beecavedistrict.org/content/view/19/ ). Note that we will be reviewing this and other Eagle Rank topics during the upcoming February Roundtable. Hope to see you there.
