Good Turn for AmericaGood Turn for America is a national call to service by the Boy Scouts of America to specifically address the issues of hunger, homelessness, and poor health in our nation - but also applies to service to the community in general. By recording your unit’s service hours on the Good Turn for America website, you help Scouting nationwide tell the story of the good our program is doing.

You can record unit service and Eagle Projects at the website. Here is what you do to record your service hours online:

  • Go to www.goodturnforamerica.org
  • Click on the link labeled "Tell us about your service project" near the bottom center of the homepage.
  • If you are a new user to the system you will need to register. You will need your unit's Good Turn for America unit ID. You can get this ID from your Unit Commissioner. Look here to see who your Unit Commissioner is.
  • Follow the directions at the site for entering your service hours.

A unit can have more than one person record service hours at the site. Each person will need to register separately.
