 There are some great resources on the web related to Eagle Projects. Here are two sites that not only have useful information about becoming an Eagle Scout but have great ideas for Eagle Projects.
EagleScout.org has a large collection of information related to Eagle Scouts. They have a big list of example Eagle Projects here .
The National Eagle Scout Association also has useful information. See their list of example Eagle Projects here .

2012 Merit Badge University for Boy Scouts and Scouters will be Saturday, February 18, 2012, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the UT campus in downtown Austin.
