Bee Cave Chapter Meeting Location and Time
Our meeting time is the second Tuesday (NEW!) of every month from 7:00 to 8:15 PM unless otherwise noted on the calendar, in a meeting, or through an email.
Join us for the meeting, fun, and usually food.

Scheduling Your OA Unit Election (*New 2023*):
We, as a Chapter, are moving back to our usual spring OA Unit Election schedule. Please expect all OA Unit Elections to take place from January through March of 2024 (to meet our goal of completing them before Camporee in March). Please contact us with with any questions you might have.

This form is for you to change the information for your OA (Order of the Arrow) Unit Representative (youth) and/or your OA Unit Representative Advisor (adult). Please only submit a response if you're an adult leader, senior youth leader, or the appointed OA Unit Representative member of the unit that you specify. This position must be filled by an OA member with no exceptions.
Only one position is accepted per form response; if you need to change both positions (both the youth and adult rep), please submit another response per position change.
Submitting a response is subject to being verified with the specified unit.
