Before you head off to your Eagle Scout Board of Review make sure that you have all of these items on our checklist.First and foremost you must check with the Bee Cave District Advancement Chairman (see below) to set a date for your Eagle Board of Review. There are several items that he must have before he can work with you to set a date for your Board. See this page for the details.
Once your Board is scheduled and you are getting ready for the Board then review this checklist:
Wear your full Scouts BSA field uniform, also known as "Class A." Make sure your insignia is up to date.
Your ORIGINAL Eagle Scout Application that has the verification signature from the Council as well as the signatures of your Unit Leader and Unit Committee Chairman. Also be sure that all of the References information has been filled in.
Your Project Workbook paperwork with all signatures including the final signatures for Project completion.
Any photographs or other "after" documentation related to the completion of your Eagle Project.
A copy of each of the following for every member of the Board except for the District person (he/she will bring one of the copies that you provided them earlier):
