Roundtable Meeting THIS Thursday, 7 PM at WHPC — YPT to SYT Transition: Make sure your training doesn't lapse on May 31, 2026
AOL Adventure Day (Formerly named Webelos Woods) will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at the Lake Hills Church parking lot.
______________
Webelos Woods 2025 took place on September 27, 2025 at Lake Hills Church.
The units attending and their activity will be added the week prior to AOL Adventure Day.
What is AOL Adventure Day and why attend?
AOL Adventure Day is is the first opportunity for 5th-grade Arrow of Light Cub Scouts to learn what Scouts BSA is all about, and for 4th-grade Webelos Cub Scouts to continue to meet and interact with Scout Troops as part of preparing to cross over into Scouts BSA. It is an event that exposes the Webelos and AOL Scouts to Troop activities using the Patrol Method, in a Scout-led outdoor adventure, supervised by adult Scout leaders, and with parents nearby.
How much does it cost?
The cost will likely vary each year. Please check the online registration portal for more information.
What should we bring?
Wear your uniform, water bottles, and bring your questions for the Troops in the Bee Cave District.
Are restrooms available?
Yes, the facilities at Lake Hills Church have indoor restrooms available.
We are new to Scouting and did not do cubs - can we still attend?
Absolutely. This is a great way to learn more about the Troops in the Bee Cave district. Please feel free to invite any interested famlilies who are not currently in Scouting to learn more.
Are there any other resources for us as Webelos/AOL parents?
First, coordinate with your Unit and Den Leader as they will be working closely with area troops to arrange visits. Also, read this document to learn more about the move from AOL to Scouts.
Follow this page for information about AOL Adventure Day as it becomes available!
